Thought it was amazing how he could make two records sound like one. Asked my mom
for two turntables and a mixer that day. She got it for me the next day... My mom always
supported my dreams... Also, my dad has been a musician since he was 6 years old.

Q. Who gets more girls MC's or DJ's?
A. Ummm... can’t tell you, it’s a secret...

Q. Are you going to produce any of your own projects soon?
A. Yes. My Hip Hop group called Habitat... Hot beats great lyrics by Shyste our
main MC. Also a production by Dtox and JP.. Habitat sound brings hip hop back to
the roots the way it used to be when lyrics meant something and mc’s were
dropping knowledge and getting deep, not just talking about popping crystal
and how much money and girls they get.
Q. What artist would you most like to work with?
A. Dilated Peoples, Kwalib Tawli
Q. How would you describe the Miami party scene to someone who has never been here before?
A. Well, the first three years I was here it was insane with Liquid and Chris Pachello running the scene.
It was great. Ever since Chris left things have changed a lot... It ain’t the same anymore... but if you love
the Beach and Miami style the scene is still here. There are a few, select, great parties you just got to
know which nights to go where.
Q. Any parting comments?
A. Support your local DJ's we need your support to make the parties happen... Also, just remember to
love music for the music and not just what you hear on the radio or what is popular at the time. It really
takes time to listen to the music, but listen to good music and appreciate it regardless of whether it’s
getting air play on the radio or TV... appreciate it and enjoy it... Don't continue being sheep out there
and following the rest. Have your own opinion, your own mind and your own heart for music.
Who cares what everyone else thinks or likes... be true to yourself.
